UNITS SOLD
 

Amazing month of march at Grandview Palace with a total of 6 units successfully sold. These units were sold for an average price of $250,000 and lasted approximately 238 days in the market. Three of them closed cash while the other three were sold through financing with conventional loans. We would like to highlight that Penthouse #114 lasted only 14 days in the market before closing for the full asking price. Meanwhile, unit #618 lasted 364 days in the market before getting under contract; however, it took this unit another three months to close while they waited on the short sale to be approved.

NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Five units were offered for sale last month at the GrandView Palace condominium. These units were listed for an average asking price of $263,000. Unit #2022 was sold for the full asking price. Deals like this one don’t last long in the market which is why is essential that your agent has a constant eye on the market so that he/she can advise you of deals like this one. The active inventory for sale is now at 42 units.

UNITS RENTED
 

Three units were rented last month in the building. These units rented after an average of 84 days of being in the market and for an average monthly price of $1,867. Corner unit #1518 was offered fully furnished and remodeled.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Five units were  offered for rent last month. These new listings have an average asking price of $1,960. Unit #416 was offered fully remodeled and tastefully furnished and is already rented. The deal of the month is corner unit #1107 with two parking spaces offered for $2,000.
