UNITS SOLD
 

Amazing month of March at the 360 Condominium with a total of four units successfully sold. These units were sold for an average asking price per SqFt of $274. Unit #1415 is an REO (bank Owned) that closed for $287,000 and after only 18 days of being in the market. We must mention that unit #305 in building C sold for $510,000. No other unit has been sold in building C for the last year.

NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

A total of eight units hit the For Sale market this past month. Most of these units are located in the main building; however, there is one unit in building C and two in building B. The average asking price per SqFt of these new listings is $295, not including unit #203 in building C, considering that this unit is being offered with a boat dock. The total active inventory is now at 36.

UNITS RENTED
 

A total of six units found new tenants this past month. Two one bedroom condos and one corner unit, unit #1210 in building B. All these units were rented after an average of 95 days of being in the market. Except for unit #1122 in building A, all the other units were rented unfurnished.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

A total of five units were offered for rent this past month of March at the 360 condominium. These units have an average monthly price of $2,510. We have unit #506 that offers a big patio,  corner unit #1213 with 1,556 SqFt of living area and to highlight unit #1508 with amazing views and white porcelain floors throughout.
