TS-06 successfully sold last March at the Akoya Condominium. This REO (bank owned) spent 301 days in the market before being sold. It sold for $450,000 less than the original asking price in cash. This penthouse has two bedrooms and two and a half baths and features two stories and over 2,470 square feet of living area.
