NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

A total of 5 units were listed for sale last month at The Collins condominium. These units are all one-bedroom and have an average list price of $368,380. All of these condos are facing either north or west. This month, the active inventory of units for sale in the building is at 10, which makes it a great time to list your unit for sale, if you have been thinking about doing so.

One unit successfully sold in March; #1101. This unit sold for $815,000 in cash, after 100 days of being in the open market. With 2B/2B, this condo is located on the southeast corner of the building, offering unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Great motivation was shown last month from landlords. We had a total of 6 units offered for rent at The Collins. Most of these units are one-bedroom and are offered furnished. With the new listings, our inventory of rental units is now at 22 in total.
