UNITS SOLD
 

Only one unit successfully sold last March at The Bridgewater. Unit #802 an REO (bank owned), sold in cash after 122 days of being in the market. This unit sold for $74,900 less than the original asking price. Line 02 is one of the most desirable lines in the building, a corner unit with two bedroom and two and a half baths and unobstructed views of the Biscayne Bay.

NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

No new units were offered for sale last month at The Bridgewater. Active inventory of units for sale in the building is now at 15 in total.

A total of three units were offered for rent last month in the condominium. Unit #802 was recently sold and automatically placed for rent, a trend that is becoming more common in the buildings on the island. These units have an average list price of $2,342 per month and they are all offered unfurnished.

Only one unit was rented last month. Corner unit #1707 with two bedrooms and two and a half baths was rented after 80 days for $2,650 a month. We now have a total of 5 active units for rent in the building.
