One unit successfully sold last month at the 5600 Collins Condominium. This condo sold after almost a year on the market for $360,000. This transaction closed as a financed deal with a conventional loan. Lately, we have seen an increase in traffic of prospective buyers in the building and area. Four units were offered for sale last month. These condos are offered for an average price of $430,700. We must mention that all these condos are facing west and some of them are fully remodeled. The total active inventory of units for sale in the building is now at 29.

Unfortunately, no unit was rented last month. The active inventory is now at 16. 

As we are going through this pandemic a lot of tenants have lost their employment and have seen the necessity to downgrade their units and/or living arrangements. For this reason, a lot of units have become available for rent. This past month a total of 5 units were offered for rent.
