UNITS SOLD

Amazing month of June at the Diamond Condominium. Two units were sold at the Green Diamond. These condos were sold cash at an average price per square foot of $605. Unit #2504 features a 2B & 2B + a den facing south with 180 degrees of unobstructed views. As mentioned in our previous month’s report, we have recently seen an increase in prospective buyers in our building and area.
