UNITS SOLD

Unfortunately, no unit was sold last month in the building. The total active inventory of units for sale is now at 20.

NEW UNITS FOR SALE

Four units were offered for sale last month at the Collins condominium. All the units listed are a one bedroom one and a half bathroom. The average asking price is $382,000. One of the units listed is located on the west corner line of the building on one of the lowest floors.

 
UNITS RENTED

As mentioned before, because of COVID-19, a lot of tenants have been relocating. This situation applies to both sides. Last month 4 units were rented in the building. Three of these units were rented unfurnished and the average asking price is $2,000. All the units rented are a one-bedroom and lasted an average of 94 days on the market.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT

As we are going through this pandemic, a lot of tenants have lost their employment and have seen the necessity to downgrade their units and/or re-arrange their living arrangements. For this reason, a lot of units have become available for rent. This past month a total of 11 units hit the market for rent. Only two out of these units are offered unfurnished and the average asking price for all the new listings is $2,600.
