The sales activity in North Bay Village was exciting this past June after a total of two homes were sold there. One of these homes is located on North Bay Island, and it closed after only being on the market for 42 days. It was a financed transaction which sold very close to the original asking price. The other home that was sold is a waterfront property located in Treasure Island. It sold for $760 per square foot, and it was a conventional transaction as well. This home sold for $500,000 less than its original asking price after being on the market for 268 days. As we have explained in previous reports, the high-end single-family home market has slowed down in Miami-Dade.

A total of three homes were listed for sale at North Bay Village this past June. The property located at 1630 S Treasure Dr on Treasure Island is listed for $1,899,000. This waterfront home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms, with a total of 2,591 square feet of living space. The other two non-waterfront homes are listed for an average price of $652,500, one being located on North Bay Island while the other is on Treasure Island.
