Four units were offered for sale this past June at the Akoya condominium. Two of these units are corner units, and all of them were listed at an average price of $772 per square foot. We must mention that unit #908, with two bedrooms & two baths, is being offered for $849,000. This unit has the best price per square foot.
UNITS SOLD
Unfortunately, no units were sold last month. Sales in our buildings, as well as other buildings in the area, have slowed down. So far, this year, our building has seen a total of only 4 units sold, including a TS or Penthouse that was repossessed by the bank (REO). Now we have a total of 32 units in our inventory.
UNITS RENTED
Three units found new tenants last month. Two of these units are one-bedroom condominiums; one was offered unfurnished and the other one was offered fully furnished. Both are renting for $2,450 per month. Unit #2603 was rented for $5,000 per month on a long-term lease.
NEW UNITS FOR RENT
A total of five fully furnished units were offered for rent at the Akoya condominium last month. The average listing price for these units is $3,340 per month. Most of these units are offered either on a short-term or long-term basis. We would like to highlight unit #2906 which offers unobstructed north views and a whole lot more. This unit is in immaculate condition and is being offered for $2,500 per month.
