Real Estate Market Report, June 2018.

Last June, four units for sale hit the open market  at The Collins. These new listings have an average list price of $578 per square foot. Most of them have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We would like to highlight unit #601, which is located at a southeast corner offering unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Unfortunately, no unit sold last month at The Collins. With the new listings added, we currently have 15 active units for sale in our inventory.

Last June, a total of four units were made available for rent. These new listings have an average asking price of $2,575 per month. Most of these condominiums are being offered fully furnished.

Only one condominium unit was rented last month at The Collins. Unit #411 was rented for $2,400 after only being listed on the market for 15 days. Now, our active inventory has a total of 21 units for rent in the building.
