Last June, two units were successfully sold at Grandview Palace after spending an average of only 40 days on the market. Both units were sold by the same listing agent for an average closing price of $260,000. These units were closed as cash transactions.

Six units at Grandview Palace were listed for sale on the open market last month. Some of these units had been previously listed for sale on the market. These new listings have an average asking price of $325,169. We must highlight that units #1904 and #1620 are already under contract and unit #2410 was sold within just one month.

The rental activity was exciting at Grandview Palace last month when a total of 5 units were successfully rented. These units were rented out for an average of $1,780 per month, including a one-bedroom condominium. These condominiums lasted on the market for an average of 72 days, with units #2307 and #903 lasting for less than a month and renting for very close to their asking price.

Four units became available for rent last June. These units were all offered unfurnished for an average price of $2,013 per month. We must highlight that unit #407 is located on the pool deck with a wrap-around patio. However, this unit is already under contract.
