Three units hit The Collin’s for sale market this past month. We must mention that two of these units have been in the market before but this time they are listed at a lower price. The average asking price for these condos is of $480 per square feet, which is really close to the sales price for the first half of the year.

Unfortunately no unit was sold last month at The Collins condominium. The building’s active inventory of units for sale is at 16, this represents 7% of the total inventory which is still much lower when compared with other waterfront buildings in the area.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Four new units are now available for rent in the building. Two of these units are located in line 11, offering unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and being offered fully furnished. We also have #PH03 with two beds and two baths, fully upgraded and tastefully remodeled offered for short- term only.

Amazing month of July for the rental activity in the building with a total of five units getting rented. These units rented after spending an average of 109 days on the market. Only unit #1612 was offered unfurnished. These units were all rented for an average monthly price of $2,530.
