No units were offered for sale in July. With the 3 units being sold, the active inventory now is at 19.

July was a fantastic month at The Bridgewater condo with a total of three units sold. So far, only 4 units were sold in the first half of the year. These units were sold for an average price per square foot of $213. We must highlight that all these units were in the market for years but with much higher asking prices. Unit #1806 was pending for more than two months before finally closing as a cash deal.

No unit was rented last month.
