NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

A total of six units hit the For Sale market this past month. We have a one-bedroom on building B and two corner units in building A. To highlight this month, we have unit #1509 with one of the biggest floor plans in the building. This lower penthouse features 1,701 SqFt of living area with two master bedrooms and two master bathroom plus a den. This condo is listed at $420,000.

UNITS SOLD
 

Two units were successfully sold last month at the 360 condominium. Unit #722, a one-bedroom condo offering south-west views, was sold as a financed transaction for $257,000 after being on the market for 51 days. Corner unit #1013 was sold for $470,000 after only 57 days on the market and as a financed transaction as well. This condo features 1,557 square foot with two bedrooms plus a den.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Ten units hit the For Rent market this past month. There is one unit in Building C, two on Building B, and the rest on building A. The average asking price for these new listings is $2,685. With the exemption of #806, all the other units are being offered unfurnished. The active inventory of units for rent is now at 26.

UNITS RENTED
 

A total of 12 units were successfully rented, making July a fantastic month for homeowners in the building. These units rented after an average of 80 days in the market for an average monthly price of $2,488. Most of them rented close to the asking price.
