NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

A total of 8 units were offered for sale last month at the 360 Condominium. The average listing price for these units was $436,749. In Building A, we have two new listings to showcase this month. The first listing is Unit # 907; a one-bedroom condo with unobstructed views to the south of Miami Beach. The second listing is Unit # 1025; a corner unit with 3 beds / 2 baths. It is being offered for sale by the bank for a listing price per square foot of 315.

UNITS SOLD
 

Two units successfully sold last month. These units were sold as cash transactions for an average closing price per square foot of $253. We must bring attention to Unit # 624 because this was an  REO (bank owned) unit that sold for $200,025 after it had only been on the market for 19 days. The original asking price was $265,025, so it ended up selling for $65,000 less.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

A total of 6 units were offered for rent last July at the 360 Condominium. They were offered for an average price of $2,733 per month. Most of these units are located in Building A and being offered unfurnished. Unit # 1205 and Unit # 102 are also offered for sale.

UNITS RENTED
 

Three units were rented out last month after lasting approximately 65 days on the market. Their average monthly rental price was $2,600. Unit # 504 in Building A, located on the pool deck, offers a huge terrace for entertainment purposes. Also, in Building C, Unit # 102 was rented for $3,150 per month after only 22 days on the market.
