July was an excellent month for the Grandview Palace because a total of 7 units were successfully sold. These units were sold for an average price of $276,000 after being listed on the market for approximately 148 days. Most of them were sold as a cash transaction. We must mention that out of all these units, three of them are located on corner line 20. Another noteworthy sale which happened last month was PH207. It sold with owner financing for $340,000.
NEW UNITS FOR SALE
Also, there were 7 units offered for sale at the Grandview Palace this past July. These new listings have an average listing price of $270,229. Commercial space CU-6 was re-listed for sale at a price of $249,000. We currently have 42 units actively for sale in our inventory.
UNITS RENTED
Four units were rented out last month. Two of these units are located on corner line 07. They were all rented for an average monthly price of $2,187 after being on the market for approximately 34 days. Unit #1719, offering one of the best views of the building and being fully remodeled, was rented for $2,500.
NEW UNITS FOR RENT
Nine units were listed for rent at Grandview Palace last month. Out of all these new listings, we must mention that three of them are located on corner line 18. This is one of the most desirable lines of the building and is not commonly available for rent. All these new listings have an average price of $2,081 per month.
