NEW UNITS FOR SALE

Two units were offered for sale last month at The Bridgewater Condominium. These units were listed for an average price of $434,500.

UNITS SOLD

None of the units were sold this past July. We currently have 15 units actively for sale in our inventory.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT

Only one unit was listed for rent last month. This was Unit # 1901, which was offered for $2,750 per month. It was also offered for sale as well. This is a trend that we have seen more often recently.

UNITS RENTED

No unit was rented this past month at The Bridgewater.
