Real Estate Market Report, July 2018.

July was an amazing month for the Akoya Condominium because a total of three units were successfully sold. These units sold for an average price per square foot of $771. Unit # 2202 was an REO (bank owned) unit which sold as a cash transaction while the other two units were sold through conventional financing.

A total of 10 units were listed for rent last month at the Akoya Condominium. Most of these units are unfurnished. Penthouse 06 was listed last month for $9,000. Another unit worth mentioning is Unit # 4504, which also faces south. It was listed for $3,800, making it one of the best rental deals available right now.

 Three units found new tenants last month. Two of these units are one-bedroom condominiums; one was offered unfurnished and the other one was offered fully furnished. Both are renting for $2,450 per month. Unit #2603 was rented for $5,000 per month on a long-term lease.

Only two units were rented last July. These units lasted for an average of 143 days on the market before finding new tenants. These units were offered unfurnished too. One of them is a small one-bedroom unit, and the other one is a corner unit with three bedrooms.
