In January, three units were offered for sale. These units were listed at an average price per square foot of $316. Unit #xxx which is an oversized northwest corner is offered for sale at $530,000 featuring 1,660 SqFt of living area and includes a cabana.  

Unfortunately, no unit was sold last month at the 5600 Collins Condominium. The active inventory with the new listing of last month is now at 26.

A total of three units were offered for rent in the previous month. These units are offered for an average price of $2,300 per month. The two located on the 14^th floor are offered furnished and only 14P is facing west. 

Only one unit was rented last month. Unit #17F was rented after 145 days on the market for $4,100. This condo was offered fully furnished.
