During the previous month, a total of four units hit the market for sale. Three of them are located on the Blue Diamond and one of them is a lower PH. The average asking price for these new listings is $1,052 per square foot. The total number of units active for sale between the two buildings is only 35.

Only one unit was sold on the first month of 2020 at the Green Diamond Condominium.  Unit #2002 sold after spending 496 days on the market for $1,300,000. This condo faces west with direct ocean views and was completely renovated. It was sold through financing. 

In January 2020, a total number of three units hit the market for rent. Two of these condos are located on the Green Diamond and are offered fully furnished. The average asking price for these new listings is $4,900 and they are all two bedrooms. There are only 7 units active for rent between the two buildings.

One unit was equally rented last month in the Green Diamond. The corner unit #3207 was rented unfurnished after spending 131 days on the market for $4,000.
