NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

We started the year 2020 with a lot of motivation shown by homeowners at Akoya condominium when a total of 8 units were listed for sale. These new listings have an average asking price per square foot of $698. We ought to highlight unit #2204 with a bedroom, 1 1/2 baths facing south offered at $500,000 and it is already under contract. Another listing to make mention of is corner unit #xxxx which is listed at $1,950,000 featuring 3B + 2 1/2B.

Unfortunately, no unit was sold last month. With the new inventory, the total number of active units for sale went up to 37.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

In January, a total of 11 units hit the market for rent. Most of these condos are a one-bedroom unit. Many of these condos are offered fully furnished. Unit #xxxx facing north, tastefully furnished, has the best price. The listing of the month is the corner unit #4207. This condo features breathtaking unobstructed views from every room with a wraparound balcony and tastefully furnished.  

 
 
 
UNITS RENTED
 

A total of five units were successfully rented last month. These condos were rented after spending an average of 73 days on the market. Out of the units rented, only unit #1707 was rented unfurnished. Units #2810 and #4509 were also listed for sale.
