We started the year 2020 with a lot of motivation shown by homeowners at Akoya condominium when a total of 8 units were listed for sale. These new listings have an average asking price per square foot of $698. We ought to highlight unit #2204 with a bedroom, 1 1/2 baths facing south offered at $500,000 and it is already under contract. A total of five units were successfully rented last month. These condos were rented after spending an average of 73 days on the market. Out of the units rented, only unit #1707 was rented unfurnished. Units #2810 and #4509 were also listed for sale.
