Two houses sold in North Bay Village last month. The property located at 7810 Miami View Drive on North Bay Island has direct access to Biscayne Bay. This home sold for $1,495,000 after 225 days on the market and was closed through conventional financing. The other property located at 1640 N. Treasure Drive on Treasure Island, also sold through conventional financing after only 62 days on the market.  

Seller motivation skyrocketed in the first month of the year. A total of five homes were listed for sale. Only one of these new listings is a waterfront with 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, with an asking price of $5,920,000. The rest of the homes are non-waterfront properties with an average asking price of $295 per square foot.
