Unfortunately, no unit was sold on the first month of 2019 at The Collins Condominium. The active inventory is up to 15 active units for sale.

NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Seven units hit the market this beginning of 2019. Three of these units are two bedroom condos, and one of them is a corner penthouse. These new listings average an asking price per square foot of $565. Another unit to highlight is #1102 with direct unobstructed views to the Atlantic Ocean.

Also, the number of units offered for rent last month is four. Most of these condos are one bedroom and are offered fully furnished. The average asking price is $2,614 per month. The active inventory of units for rent is at 19 now.

UNITS RENTED
 

Four units found new tenants last month at The Collins.  Most of these units were offered unfurnished. They lasted an average of 58 days on the market before renting for approximately $2,038 a month. We most highlight #824 which rented for $550 less than the original asking price.
