Three units hit the market for sale this first month of the year at The Bridgewater condominium. These new listings have an average asking price per square foot of $237. We must highlight #706, a two beds & two baths condo facing south-east with the best price per square foot.

Unfortunately, no unit sold this last month. The active inventory of the building is now at 25.

Unit #1507 rented in January at The Bridgewater. This condo lasted 158 days on the market before renting. It rented for $2,450, $200 less than its original asking price. This corner unit offers fantastic views to the Biscayne Bay and was offered unfurnished.

Also, only one unit was offered for rent last month. Condo #704 was offered for $2,500 a month. This unit is being offered fully furnished and with the option of short term rent.
