Real Estate Market Report, January 2019

The 360 Condominium kick-started its sales activities in the first month of the year with total sales of four units. After an average of 142 days on the market, these units sold for approximately $258 per square foot. Three of these units were sold through financing with conventional loan.

Also, the number of units offered for sale this past month is four. Two of these units are located in Building A and two of them on Building C. These new listings averaged an asking price per square foot of $333. These increased our active inventory of units for sale in the condominium to 33.

Four units found new tenants this last January. We have corner unit #1012 which lasted only 38 days on the market and rented for $3,000. Another unit to highlight is #522 with one bedroom and one and a half bathroom that rented after only four days on the market for its full asking price. All these units were offered unfurnished.
