NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Motivation skyrocketed from homeowners in the first month of the year, when a total of nine units were offered for sale. They listed at an average price of $418,988. Two of these units are located in building C; units in this building are not frequently available for sale. The unit of the month is #1522, with a unique floor plan of 2 master bedrooms and 2 master bathrooms featuring a spacious living area of 1,800 square feet. This particular unit has already been placed under contract!

Great way to start the year at the 360 Condominium with two corner units successfully sold in building B. Unit #611 sold for $340,000 as a cash transaction after 428 days on the market - making this a great deal! Unit #1206 closed for $515,500 through conventional financing, after only 98 days on the market. We must emphasize that this unit is located on the top floor of building B, with 12-foot ceilings and has been tastefully remodeled.

Unlike the activity for rental listings, units rented did not have as much movement. We started the year with only one unit rented in January. This unit lasted only 15 days on the market before being rented fully furnished for $2,400 per month.

Not only did we see an increase of motivation from owners listing for sale, but also listing for rent as well. A total of 10 units were offered for rent. These units averaged a list price of $2,279 per month. To highlight, a penthouse was listed in the main building and a corner unit in building B.
