Only two units were offered for sale last month. Unit #1205, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, listed for $750,000. A unit to highlight last month is #1412 with immaculate marble floors throughout. This is the best priced one bedroom in the building, listed at $388,500.

No unit sold in the first month of 2018. Including the new listings, our active inventory is now up to 14 in total.

Landlord motivation increased this last month, when a total of eight units were offered for rent. Most of these units are one bedroom condos with an average list price of $2,468. Our active inventory is now up to 17 in total.

Only three units rented in January. These units were all offered fully furnished and were rented for an average of $3,017 a month. To highlight, we have a spacious one bedroom plus a den unit #1109 with 994 square feet of living area, fully remodeled, and offering unobstructed views of the ocean. This unit is currently rented seasonally for $4,300.
