NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

In the first month of 2018, six units hit the open market at Grand View Palace. All of the units offered 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an average asking price of $310,983. The listing of the month is #2124, offered at $299,000, including two parking spaces, tile floors throughout, and an upgraded kitchen - making this the best deal available!

Unfortunately, no unit was sold last month in our building, as the sales activity usually slows down at the end of the year due to the holidays and lack of buyer motivation to relocate. Our active inventory is now up to 40 units for sale. We started the year great, with a lot of rental activity in our building when 6 units rented in January. These units rented on an average of just 44 days of being on the market. Unit #407 lasted only 10 days listed for rent. This unit featured a wraparound patio on the pool floor. The average rental price in January was $1,971 per month. Our building is really attractive to potential investors and prospective tenants.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

We began January 2018 with an increase of owner motivation offering eleven units for rent at Grand View Palace. These units averaged a monthly rental price of $2,050. One unit to highlight this month is #1503 offered for $1,900 with laminated floors, an upgraded kitchen, and fantastic unobstructed views to the west of the island. This is currently the best deal available. Also, unit #407, listed for $2,150 and quickly rented.
