Real Estate Market Report, January 2018

Two units hit the market for sale at the Bridgewater this past month. Corner unit #605, featuring the largest wraparound balcony in the building, listed for $359,000. Unit #1203 is being offered for the first time in our building. This unit faces west and is listed for $299,000.

Unfortunately, none of the active units were sold at the Bridgewater this past January. Our active inventory remains at 18 units for sale.

No luck for landlords this past month, as none of the active units were rented either. Including the new listings in January our active inventory is now up to 7.

Four units were offered for rent in the beginning of the year. These units listed at an average monthly price of $2,450. The unit of the month is #2104 the only unit listed on the top floor. This unit offers magnificent views to the west of the island.
