At the Diamond, three properties were successfully sold last month. One of them in the Blue Diamond and the other two at the Green Diamond. These condos were sold for an average price of $670 per square foot. In the green Diamond, a lower floor unit #704 sold for $835,000 as a financed transaction while the other two were sold cash. We must mention that these units spent an average of 230 days before being sold for a lot less than original asking prices. 

Last month, a lot of motivation was shown with a total of 8 units hitting the market for sale. Three of these new listings are located in the Blue Diamond. The average asking price per square foot is $822. With these new listings, the active inventory between the two Buildings is now 38. 

Last month, three units were rented. All these units are located on the Blue Diamond. Two of them were offered unfurnished. They were rented for an average price of $4,00 per month. Unit #4008 was rented for $4,800 offering unobstructed breathtaking north views. 

A total of five units were offered for rent, four of them on the Blue Diamond and only one in the Green. These units were offered for an average monthly rate of $6,600. All these units were offered fully furnished.
