Last month was an amazing one at The Collins condominium on the sales activities. A total of three units were sold. These units were sold for an average price of $335,000 and two of them were sold cash. Two of these units were facing west and the other located on the north side offers side view to the ocean. 

A total of five units were offered for sale last month. These units were offered at an average price of $527 per square foot. Three of these new listings are located on line 09. Two of these units are also offered for rent. 

Only two units were rented last month. These units were rented for an average price of $2,050 per month after spending a median of 82 days in the market. Unit #1509 was offered fully furnished facing east while #1406 with partial ocean views was offered unfurnished. 

A total of four units were offered for rent last month at The Collins condominium. These condos were offered for an average monthly rate of $2,500. They are all one bedroom condos and two of them are offered unfurnished.
