UNITS SOLD

February was an amazing month with a total of three units selling successfully. These units were sold for an average closed price of $291,500 and as financed transactions. We must mention that units #1524 and #2019 were sold by the same listing agent. The active inventory in the building of the units for sale is now at 37. 

 
NEW UNITS FOR SALE

A total of four units were offered for sale last month at the Grandview Palace. These units are offered for an average price of $284,000. Two of these units are located on lower floors, one facing west and the other facing east. The listing of the month is unit #1717. This unit offers unobstructed north views to Biscayne Bay and is listed at $269,000. 

 
UNITS RENTED

Not only was it an excellent month for the sales but it was also for the rentals. A total of 10 units were successfully rented. These units were rented for an average monthly rate of $1,900 and lasted approximately 105 days in the market. We have two corner units fully remodeled: #2207 rented for $2,350 and #2107, a one bedroom rented for $1,775 

 
NEW UNITS FOR RENT

A total of five units were listed for rent last month. These units are offered for an average price of $1,950 per month. Only one of these units is offered furnished. The active inventory of units for rent in the Building is now at 9.
