Real Estate Market Report, February 2019.

Three units hit the for sale market at Maison Grande this past February. These new listings have an average asking price of $308 per square foot. Units #1521 and #1412 are on the east side of the building, both facing north. Unit #734 is facing west, and we must mentioned that it is already under contract.

Unfortunately, no unit was sold last month at Maison Grande. This leaves the active inventory of units for sale in the building at 14 in total.

Four units became available for rent this past month. Two of these units were offered fully furnished, and all these units are located on the east side of the building. With these new listings, the active inventory of units for rent went up to 17 in total 

No unit was rented this past month in the building. So far, no unit has been rented this year in the building.
