Amazing month of February at the Akoya Condominium. A total of four units were successfully sold. All these units were sold through financing with conventional loans except for#1407 that sold cash. The average close price for last month was of $607 per square foot. We must highlight that most of these units took over a year to be sold.
NEW UNITS FOR SALE
Three units were offered for sale last month. Corner unit #3008 is being offered for $847 per square foot while the other two small one bedroom condos are offered for an average price of $ 661 per square foot. The active inventory of units for sale is now at 36.
UNITS RENTED
A total of four units were rented this past month. These units lasted an average of 141 days on the market before finally renting and most of them rented for much less than their original asking price. We must emphasize the importance of choosing an agent with knowledge in the area and the building so he or she can help you price your unit correctly. That way, your unit doesn’t sit on the market for a long time.
NEW UNITS FOR RENT
Five units were listed for rent at Akoya last month. Two of these units are offered unfurnished, and they have an average monthly price of $3,660. The active inventory of units for rent in the building is now at 44.
