One unit was offered for sale last month. Condo #1801 is being offered for $323 per square foot. This is not the first time that this unit has been offered in the market. The active inventory of units for sale is now at 23.

Amazing month of February for The Bridgewater condominium with one unit successfully sold. Unit #405 was sold through financing with a conventional loan after almost a year of being in the market. This unit was sold for $201 per square foot or $235,000. 

No unit was rented last month. The active inventory of units for rent in the building is now 10.

Two units were offered for rent this past month. Both of these units are facing west and are being offered unfurnished. Their median asking price per month is of $2,525.
