UNITS SOLD
 

Three units were successfully sold this past month at Grandview Palace. These three units are facing North, and they had an average sold price of $254,000. Two of them closed as financed transactions with conventional loans. We must mentioned that two of these units were sold by the same listing agent. This units were listed with other agents for over a year and could not be sold. Then after being listed with this last agent, they were sold in less than three months. Choosing the right agent is crucial to determine how long and for how much your unit will sell for.

NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Five units hit the market for sale this past February. These new listing have an average asking price of $299,600. By adding these new listings to our active inventory of units for sale, the amount of units increases to 43 in total. With such high inventory in the building, your agent will need to have a solid marketing plan in place so your unit can be the first option for any prospective buyer.

UNITS RENTED
 

Only three units rented last month in the building. These units were offered unfurnished and fully remodeled. They rented for an average monthly price of $1,900 after lasting an average of 95 days in the market. We must admit that it has been a slow month for rentals in the building.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Five units were offered for rent last month. These units were offered for an average asking price of $2,070 per month. Unit #2112 was offered furnished, and unit #1021 was also listed for sale. With these new listings, the inventory of active units for rent in the building went up to 17.
