The other four homes listed are all located on North Bay Island, and have an average asking price of $739,750.

Only one home sold last month. Located on North Bay Island, this home sold after 19 days on the market for $467,000 through conventional financing. Our active inventory on the Island is now at 24 total homes for sale.
