Real Estate Market Report, February 2018.

Owners' motivation at Maison Grande skyrocketed last month, when a total of 7 units hit the market for sale. Most of these units are a two bed, two bath condos, and are either partially or fully remodeled, averaging a list price of $458,071. To mentioned this last month we have #1237 the north-west corner and also #1628 the south-east corner of the building.

Only one unit sold this past February. Unit #903 with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and 1,271 square feet of living area sold after 256 days on the market for $333,000. This unit is partially remodeled and faces north. Our active inventory of units for sale is now at 18 in total.

A total of 3 units became available for rent last month at Maison Grande. These listed at an average list price of $2,382 per month. Unit #624 is also offered for sale. These units are fully upgraded.

Two units rented last month. After approximately 121 days on the market, these units rented for an average price of $1,875 per month. Our active inventory of units for rent in the building is now at 14.
