February was a great month for the Bridgewater Condominium, as two units were sold. These units sold for an average price of $287,500. Unit #2004 sold after almost four years of being in the market with different agents and different prices. It was finally sold by the last agent, after 102 days. This unit sold through seller financing, while the other one sold in cash.

No unit was listed at The Bridgewater this past month. The Building active inventory of units for sale is at 15 in total, with half of this inventory being active for over a year.

Only one unit rented last month. Unit #1406, after 63 days in the market, rented for $2,150 a month. This unit faces south and was offered unfurnished.

No unit was offered for rent last month. The inventory of rental units is low, with a total of 6.
