Unfortunately, no unit was sold in February at the Akoya Condominium. This leaves the active inventory of the building at 37 units in total for sale. Now, with the recent increase in the interest rates, buyers are losing purchasing power and this may affect the selling prices. Only one unit hit the market for sale this past month. Unit #906 with 808 square feet of living area, facing south, is offered for $560,000. This unit has some upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Four units successfully rented at our building last month. They rented at an average price of $3,288 per month. Half of them were offered fully furnished and they all have different floor plans and number of bedrooms.

A total of 9 units listed for rent in the first month of 2018. Included in the new listings we have a cabana, which can be exclusively rented to current building residents. Most of these listings are one bedroom condos with an average asking price of $ 2,900 per month.​
