Unfortunately, no unit was sold at The Collins Condominium in the last month of 2018. This leaves the active inventory to commence 2019 at a total of 16 units.

NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Three units were offered for sale this last December.  These units were offered for an average asking price per square foot of $511. #PH06 is an REO (bank-owned) offered for $299,900. It is not the first time that #1102, a unit with direct ocean views and two full bedrooms, hit the market. However, is listed at $818,000 this time.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Three units hit the market for sale last month. Two of these condos were offered unfurnished, and they all have an average asking price per month of $3,000. Corner unit #1401, with two bedrooms, is offered for $4,500 fully furnished.

UNITS RENTED
 

Two units rented in the last month of 2018. #1507 rented unfurnished for a long term at $1,850 a month, while #411 was rented fully furnished for $2,700 for short term. As we commence 2019, the active inventory of units for rent is 18.
