Real Estate Market Report, December 2018.

Unit #819 was sold this past December at Maison Grande. This unit lasted only 20 days on the market before going under contract. It sold very close to the asking price as a financed transaction. We started 2019 with an active inventory of units for sale of 16.

One unit was offered for sale. Unit #1706 with one bedroom plus a den and 1,271 square foot of living area is listed for $322,000. We must mention this condo is already under contract.

Only one unit was rented in the last month of 2018. After just 65 days of being on the market, #1415 rented for the full asking price. This unit was recently fully remodeled and offers excellent views to the north and east, getting partial views to the Atlantic Ocean.

One is the lucky number for this month as one unit was offered for rent. Unit #1737 facing west is offered unfurnished and fully remodeled for $2,500 per month. We started the New Year with a total of only 9 units active for rent in the building.
