Three units successfully sold at Grandview Palace this last December. These units sold for an average price per square foot of $221. Unit #1524 sold cash while the other two were financing transactions. Grandview Palace started 2019 with a total of 41 units active for sale.

Only one unit was offered for sale last month. Condo #2301 has been fully remodeled, and this is not the first time of hitting the market. However, it is now listed for $388,500.

The last month of the year 2018 was a great one at The Grandview Palace in regards to its rental market. A total of five units were rented in December. These units rented for an average monthly price of $1,840, and lasted an average of 82 days on the market before renting. We must highlight #1118 that rented for $2,100 after only 17 days on the market.

Three units hit the market for rent this last month. We have corner unit #1205 offered for $1,900, unit #823 that is already under contract and #2016 that is being offered for $2,800 fully furnished.
