Three units hit the open market the last month of 2018 at The Bridgewater. These units were offered at an average price per square foot of $235. Two of them face west and #1006 faces south — this increase the active inventory to commence 2019 to a total of 24 active units for sale.

No unit was sold in the last month of the previous year. Sales at The Bridgewater has been slow for the past years. We must take into consideration that the high prices on maintenance fee make the building less attractive to prospective buyers even though the units are beautiful, and they all offer fantastic views.

Three units rented last month at The Bridgewater. These units rented for an average monthly price of $2,333. We have #705, a corner unit with the widest wraparound balcony of the building which, after only 27 days, rented for $2,050. To highlight last month, we have #906. This unit, facing south, was rented for $2,400 after just 20 days.

Only one unit was offered this past December. #1804, offered for $2,500, faces west and features 2 Beds & 2 Baths and 1,121 SqFt of living area. We started 2019 with a total of 8 units active for rent in the building.
