Only one unit rented in the last month of 2018. Unit #3203 on the Green Diamond rented after just 21 days of being on the market. This fully remodeled and furnished condo with 3 Beds & 3 Baths rented for $10,500 per month. We started the New Year with a total of 21 units active for rent.
