Real Estate Market Report, December 2018.

Two units successfully sold in the last month of 2018. These two units are located on building A and were sold for a median price per square foot of $270. They both sold very close to the asking price and through conventional financing.

Five units hit the market for sale this past December. Most of these units are located in Building A and have an average asking price per square foot of $277. To highlight this month, we have #1116. This unit, located on the 11th floor, offers unobstructed 180 degrees views to the west of the Island. You can enjoy the best Miami’s Sunset direct from its balcony and is being offered for $369,000.

A total of seven units were rented last month. These units lasted an average of 61 days on the market before finding new tenants and rented for approximately $2,486 per month. All these units were offered unfurnished.
