NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Five units hit the For Sale market in August at The Diamonds condominium. Three of these units are on line 04 at the Green Diamond and they have an average asking price of $874 per square foot. We also have unit #4101 being offered at $2.5M. The total active inventory is now of 33 within the two buildings.

UNITS SOLD
 

One unit was sold this past month at The Green Diamond Condominium. Corner unit #2701 was sold as a financed transaction after 245 days and with a conventional loan of $2M. We must highlight that this unit was offered tastefully remodeled with only one parking space.

Five units became available to rent this past month. Most of these units are located in the Blue Diamond and they have an average asking price of $4,330. The active inventory of units for sale within the two building is now 18.

Two corner units were rented last month at the Green Diamond. These two beds & two baths condos were rented for a median monthly price of $4,850. Unit #2105 facing the southwest was offered and rented fully furnished and unit #2407 facing the northwest was rented unfurnished.
