NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Two units hit the For Sale market this past month in the building. Both of these units are on the 15th floor on the east side of the building. These units are being offered remodeled for a median price of $339 per square foot. The active inventory in the building is now at 18.

UNITS SOLD
 

Only one unit was sold last month at Maison Grande condominium. Unit #1706, a one-bedroom plus a den, was sold as a cash transaction and very closed to the asking price. This unit only lasted 17 days in the market before going under contract.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Five units became available for rent this past month. Unit #1503 which was also listed for sale, unit #615 which is already rented, and unit #1426 featuring unobstructed views to the Atlantic Ocean is already under contract. These condos were offered for an average asking price of $2,418 per month.

UNITS RENTED
 

Three condos were successfully rented last month in the building. Two of these condos lasted less than 20 days on the market and were rented very close to the asking price. Units #1505 and #1234 were also tastefully remodeled.
