NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Two units hit the For Sale market this past month at The Collins. These units were listed for a median price of $367,000. Unit #706 faces north and offers partial views to the Atlantic Ocean and unit #1024 faces west, offering unobstructed views to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The active inventory of units for sale is now 16 in total.

With a total of three units being successfully sold, we can say August was a fantastic month for the Collins condominium. These condos were sold for an average price of $434 per square foot and after an average of one year of being in the market. Corner unit #1503 and unit #1612 were sold as cash transactions and unit #424 was sold through financing with a conventional loan.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Five units became available for rent this past month. All these units were offered fully furnished and for an average asking price of $2,880. Three of these units are also located on line 20. The active inventory of units for rent is now 21.

UNITS RENTED
 

Only one unit was rented last month at The Collins condominium. Unit #1507 was rented after 67 days of being in the market for $1,800. This condo was offered fully furnished for a minimum rental period of six months.
